Margaret Marie Pierson, 93, of Burlington, died at 5:50 a.m. Sunday, July 18, 2004, at Great River Medical Centers Klein Center in Burlington.

Born July 24, 1910, in Burlington, she was the daughter of Clarence and Anna Gerdner Bischoff. On April 4, 1933, she married Albin George Pierson in Kahoka, Missouri. He died February 28, 1979.

Mrs. Pierson was a homemaker and worked in truck farming with her husband.

She was a member of St. Luke's United Church of Christ and quilted with the church. She loved to attend the cousins breakfast at Scotty's.

Survivors include two sisters, Fern Taeger of Anaheim, California and Virginia Wiliams of Hemet, California., and several nieces and nephews.

Besides her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents, one son in infancy, three sisters and two brothers.
