REACHED A RIPE AGE
ADAM HOMANN HAD PASSED 90TH MILESTONE ON HIS JOURNEY

Born in Russia, May 1, 1820, Adam Homann passed away at the family home No. 1118 South Central avenue, Sunday evening. Despite his advanced age, he enjoyed fair health almost to the end. The extreme heat may have hastened his death. He came to Burlington in 1874, and had retired from active pursuits years ago. The good wife passed away September 21, 1909. The surviving children are J. J. Homann, Mrs. Henry Westerbock and Mrs. M. Young. The funeral will be held from the family home this (Tuesday) morning at 9'o'clock.
