Wen Maw Su, 80, of Burlington, died at 1:42 a.m. Wednesday, January 7, 2004, at Great River Medical Center in West Burlington, Iowa.

Born October 29, 1923, in Shan Tong, China, he was the son of Gee and Lu Yee Xian. On November 23, 1958, he married Yueh Rong Gau in Seoul, Korea.

Mr. Su was retird from the Great Wall restaurant.

He enjoyed playing golf, cooking and reading.

Survivors include his wife; one son, Charlie Su of Burlington; three daughters, Marsha Chou of Marietta, Ga., Susan Lee of San Diego, and Maw Xian of Shan Tong; 11 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and one sister, Chin Fung of Shan Tong.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one son.

Visitation will be from 8 a.m to 8 p.m. Monday at Prugh's Chapel, where the family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m.

The funeral fro Mr. Su will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Prugh's Chapel, with Mr. Pei officiating. Burial will be in Aspen Grove Cemetery.

A memorial has been established.
