Julie Ann Mason, 35, of Burlington, died Sunday, January 4, 2004 at the Great River Medical Center.

She was born September 5, 1968 in Burlington, Iowa the daughter of Mark David and Carolyn Rae Audsley Nuss. She married Myron Eugene Mason June 24, 1989 in Burlington, Iowa.

Mrs. Mason worked in resident treatment at the Mental Health Institute Mt.Pleasant, Iowa.

She loved camping, riding motorcycles and
crafts. she was a dedicated family member and friends. Member of Abate District #18, AFSME Union Member, graduated from BHS in 1986.

She is survived by her husband, Myron, one son Anthony at home, two daughters, Jacklyn and Chelsie both at home. Her parents Mark and Carolyn Nuss of Burlington. One sister Debra Moore of Burlington, one brother Steven (Kari) Nuss of Burlington. Four nieces, Sommer and Shelbie Moore, Melissa Nuss, Colleen Montgomery; one nephew Austin Montgomery. Mother and father in law, Loyd and Jean Burton of Colchester, Illinois, sister in law, Tom and Penny Parks of Fisher, Illinois and special friends Erin Noble, John Wildrick and Brian Walters. She was preceded in death by her grandparents and one brother-in-law.

Memorial Services will be held Friday, January 9, 2004 at 10:30 a.m. in the First Congregational Church with the Rev. David Nash and Pastor Tom Smith officiating. Interment will be in Aspen Grove Cemetery.
A memorial has been established for her childrens education.
