Robert E. Struck, 75, of Burlington, died at 3 p.m. Saturday, December 27, 2003 at the Burlington Care Center.

Born March 1, 1928, in Burlington, he was the son of Phillip and Dorothy C. Schreiber Struck.

Mr. Struck was a copy writer at KBUR for 44 years. he was a member of Ss. John & Paul Catholic Church. he loved music, going to movies, and he played the piano and was a songwriter. He considered KBUR his family.

Survivors include one cousin, Mary McAnally of Burlington.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

The family will receive friends from noon to 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at Prugh's Chapel in Burlington.

The funeral for Mr. Struck will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at St. John's Catholic Church in Burlington with the Rev. John Hyland officiating. Burial will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery.

A memorial has been established for Ss. John & Paul Catholic Church.
