John Francis Kelly, 50, of Dodgeville, a garage mechanic, died Friday (November 14, 1952) at 2:30 a.m. in University hospitals, Iowa City.

He was born July 17, 1902, in Wapello. October 28, 1925, he married Ida Miller, in Burlington. He was of the Methodist faith.

Surviving are the widow; a daughter, Mrs. Ray Frownfelter, of Dodgeville; a half-brother, Gene Patrick, in the air force; two half-sisters, Mrs. Marjorie Coles, of Indianapolis and Mrs. Anna Grace Waters, of Des Moines; his father, Howard Kelly, of Long Beach, California.

Services will be Sunday at 2 p.m. in Prugh's chapel. Dr. Deane Chapman will officiate.
