Vicki Lynn Scott, 49, of Burlington died at 8:30 p.m. Thursday,April 3, 2003 at Great River Medical Center in West Burlington.

Born January 14, 1954, in Ponca City, Oklahoma, she was the daughter of Randall L. and Mary Lou Price Hopper.

Ms. Scott was a CNA at Parkview Care Center. She was of the Baptist faith.

Survivors include one son, William Scott of Burlington; two grandchildren; her mother, Mary Lou Banks of Burlington; her father of Ralston, Oklahoma; two sisters, Georgia Oetken of Burlington and Rosemary Flaherty of Mediapolis; one brother, Sgt Tom Z. Banks of Ft. McCoy, Wisconsin; paternal grandparents, Velma and Ruben Hopper of Ralston, Oklahoma; five nieces, one nephew; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

She was preceded in death by one daughter; two brothers and maternal grandparents.

Visitation will be one hour prior to the time of the service Monday at Prugh's Chapel.

A memorial service for Ms. Scott will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Prugh's Chapel. Pastor Dick Reynolds will officiate.

A memorial has been established for her grandchildren.
