J.B. Ritzman Rites Thursday

MOUNT PLEASANT - Jackson B. Ritzman, 67, Route 4, Mount Pleasant, died at his home Sunday morning.

Services will be held Thursday, Jan. 10 at 1:30 p.m. at the Beatty-Jennings funeral Chapel in Mount Pleasant. The Rev. Alton Koch of the Faith Lutheran Church will officiate. Interment will be in the Aspen Grove Cemetery in Burlington.

Friends may call at the Funeral Chapel after 10 a.m., on Tuesday.

Ritzman was born Oct. 30, 1906 at Walford, N.D., the son of Harry and Mary Alexander Ritzman. He was married to Mary G. Curl at Mount Pleasant on Aug. 21, 1929.

A former resident of the Glasgow community, he was a retired electrician.

He is survived by his widow, three sons, Jack Ritzman of Belvidere, Ill., Donald Ritzman of Lakewood, N.J., and Robert Ritzman, stationed with the U.S. Army in Germany; four brothers, one sister and nine grandchildren.
