Drowned.--We understand, says the Iowa Statesman, that Mr. Wm. Arrowsmith, of Augusta, an old citizen of that place, and familiarly know to the most of the citizens of the upper part of this county, as the owner of one of the flourishing mills at that place., fell into the river near the mill while endeavoring to push off some drift wood, on the 27th ult., and was almost immediately drowned.
