DIED--At her home on the Agency road, five miles west of the city, Thursday night, 12 inst. Mrs. Joan, relict of the late Joseph Fiialkowski, aged 76.

This excellent lady was a daughter of Robert Nimmo, of Edinburgh, Scotland, where she was born. She possessed a bright and active mind with a most benevolent disposition, and her days were crowned with honor and usefulness. She came to America about a half a century ago, and a few years afterwards removed to Burlington, where her husband was employed in the old foundry, established by the late Charles Hendrie. Many years since she was matron of the county poor house. Her children are James Ronaldson, Mrs. Dudley Hutchinson, Mrs. Joan Leffler, Mrs. Amelia Jacobs and Andrew Fiialkowski, all residents of this county. Her oldest sister, Mrs. Helen Ronaldson, 510 South Pond street, survives her at the age of 87. An older brother, Peter Nimmo, and an older sister, Mrs. Isabel Smith are also still living in Edinburgh.

Funeral services at her late residence Sunday, 15th inst., at 2 p.m.
