Patricia A. Brown, 62, of Burlington, died at 9:05 p.m. Monday, November 22, 2004, at her home.

Born August 4, 1942, she was the daughter of Robert Leon Dowell and Betty Elizabeth Rothlauf. On December 11, 1960, she married Randall L. Brown Sr. They later divorced.

Mrs. Brown was a key punch operator at Champion Products and Benner Tea Company.

She completed high school and attended one year of college. She was a member of West Hill United Methodist Church. She enjoyed swimming, bingo, reading, fishing and flower gardening.

Survivors include four sons, Mike L. Brown of Springfield, Missouri, and Mark A. Brown, Matthew W. Brown Sr. and Randall L. Brown Jr. all of Burlington; one daughter, Kelly M. Timmerman of Lomax, Illinois; 20 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; one brother, Harold Dowell of Burlington; one sister, Catherine Elaine Dowell of Burlington; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Visitation will be from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday and 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday at Prugh's Chapel, when family will be present.

The funeral service for Mrs. Brown will be at 1 p.m. Saturday in Prugh's Chapel with Rev. Bill Porter officiating. Burial will be in Aspen Grove Cemetery.
