MT. PLEASANT — Joseph Jackson Fiialkowski, 88, died Friday at 11 a.m. in Rest Have nursing home.

He was born July 26, 1880 near Burlington, the son of Andrew and Mary Ellen Hillery Fiialkowski. He married Berth Florence Spangler in Burlington on April 14, 1930; they moved to Mt. Pleasant in 1940. He was a member of the Middletown Congregational church.

Surviving: His wife, step-daughters, Mrs. Dillon Graff and Mrs. Clement Craig, both of Mt. Pleasant; sister, Elsie Fiialkowski, New London; 14 grandchildren and one great grandchild.

Services: Monday, 2 p.m. Weir-Cookes funeral home, Rev. Chester Potts; Forest Home cemetery.
