Danville - Glenn Campbell, 57, former Danville resident, died Wednesday, Dec. 24, in Lincoln, Ill., of a heart attack.
He was born Oct. 25, 1912, in New London, the son of George W. and Anna Bonar Grinstead. After graduation from high school at Danville he served in the armed forces in World War II.
In 1953 at Lincoln, he married Irma Klockenga.
Surviving: the wife; one son, Marty; one brother, Herald Grinstead, Danville; three sisters, Mrs. Fay Riepe, San Bernardino, Calif; Mrs. Beythe McLean, Seattle, Wash. and Mrs. Frank Herrick, Nampa, Idaho. Services were Saturday at Lincoln.
