Henry Bohlken

Henry Bohlken, Sr., 77, 807 N. Third, died Sunday at his home after a brief illness.

Mr. Bohlken was born June 3, 1890, in Burlington, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Dietrich Bohlken. On May 12, 1923 at Fairfield, he married Helen King. Mr. Bohlken was a retired employee of the IAAP, a member of the Eagles, and the First Methodist church.

Surviving: two sons, Henry, Jr., Burlington, John of Mountain Home, Ark.; a daughter, Frances Bohlken, Burlington; one granddaughter; two sisters, Mrs. Oswold Beckman, Mediapolis, and Mrs. Meta Orton of Burlington.

Services: Wednesday, 10 a.m., Sheagren funeral home, Rev. Horace Ireland; Memorial Park cemetery.
