J.T. KUECHMANN DIES HERE TODAY

John Theodore Kuechmann, ___ N. Ninth street, died at his home at 8 a.m. today after an illness of two years.

A retired pharmacist he had practiced his profession for many years in Muscatine before coming to Burlington 23 years ago. He was a member of the United Brethren chuch in Muscatine.

Kuechmann was born in Muscatine April 4, 1862, son of John and Margaret Kuechmann. He was united in marriage with Myrtle May, Muscatine, Sept. 14, 1882.

Surviving are his widow, seven sons, Laurence, Minneapolis, Harold, Hayward, Cal.; Leland, Salinas, Cal.; Ted, Manitowoc, Wis.; Wallace, Freeport, Ill.; Robert and William, twin sons, Rochester, N.Y.; one daughter, Mrs. Arleine Kohout, Manitowoc; 12 grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Sophie Starker, Portland, Ore., and several nephews. The body was taken to Prugh Chapel. Funeral arrangements to be announced later.
