Sarah Weyrick

Sarah Ashley Weyrick, 19, died on June 2, 2010, in Houston, Texas.

Born Nov. 26, 1990, in Carrollton, Texas, she was the daughter of Jay E. and Beth Knopp Weyrick.

Ms. Weyrick attended school in West Burlington and Burlington High School. She enjoyed animals.

Survivors include her mother of Lincoln, Ill.; her father of Houston; two brothers, Ryan Weyrick of Burlington and Zachary Weyrick of Kokomo, Ind.; one sister, Aubrey Weyrick of Walker, La.; her grandparents, Virginia Knopp of Burlington and Carl Payne of Burlington.

She was preceded in death by her grandmother and two grandfathers.

A memorial has been established for the Des Moines County Animal Shelter

Funeral arrangements are pending.
