Frances Pratt

Frances M. Pratt, 84, of Elm View Care Center, Burlington, died at 12:40 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 6, 1996, at the care center.

Born May 24, 1911, in Oakville, she was the daughter of John and Minnie Knoll Ellenson. She married Fred H. Pratt on Nov. 8, 1941, in Burlington. He died Oct. 25, 1984.

Mrs. Pratt was a homemaker.

She was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church.

Survivors include one stepson, Dick Pratt of Ocala, Fla.; four stepdaughters, Helen Schwartz, Arlene Schubert, Margaret Seiberling and Dorothy Hester, all of Burlington; one sister, Ida Ellenson of Burlington; two brothers, Edwin Ream of Oklahoma City, Okla., and Robert Ream of San Jose, Calif.; several stepgrandchildren and stepgreatgrandchildren; many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be today in Prugh's Chapel, where a rosary will be recited at 4 p.m.

A graveside committal service for Mrs. Pratt will be 10:30 a.m. Thursday in Sacred Heart Cemetery with the Rev. Thomas Parlette officiating.

A memorial has been established.
