Roselind Yvonne Lewis, 51, of Arizona, died at 1:20 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 28, 2007, in Arizona.

Born on Jan. 5, 1956, in Monmouth, Ill., she was the daughter of Everett and Cordilla Jane Rusher Lewis.

Ms. Lewis was a secretary and clerical office manager. She enjoyed fishing, cooking, horseback riding, her dogs and traveling. She was of the Protestant faith.

Survivors include her mother, Jane Carter of Oakville; one daughter, Tifney White of Fort Madison; one son, Rusty Jarvis of Iowa; three grandchildren; two brothers, Lonnie Lewis of Dallas City, Ill., and Ron Carter of Keokuk; nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by one sister, one daughter and her stepfather.

Visitation will be from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Friday at Prugh's Chapel, where the family will receive friends from 6:30 to 8 p.m. The funeral for Ms. Lewis will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Prugh's Chapel with the Rev. John Bremer officiating. Burial will be at Edwards Cemetery.

A memorial has been established in her memory.
