Services for Tony Lee Perkins, 20 of 2230 S. 13th, who was killed in an automobile accident at Main and Maple streets at 2:45 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 20, will be held at Lunning Chapel at 9:30 a.m. Saturday, Rev. Laurence L. Garrett officiating. Burial will be in Aspen Grove cemetery.

Perkins was born in Burlington Aug. 23, 1959, the son of William and Barbara Ashby Perkins. He was a US Army veteran, an employee of Burlington Northern Railroad, and a member of the United Methodist church.

Surviving: the parents, two brothers, Jeffrey and Douglas Perkins, both of Burlington; and grandmother, Anna Perkins, West Burlington.
