Charles Loper

Charles Albert Loper, 86, of Mediapolis, died Friday, at 5 a.m.. He was born March 23, 1871, the son of William H. and Maude Thompson Loper, and was a life long resident of Des Moines county.

Surviving are one brother, Clarence Loper, Mediapolis, and one sister, Mrs. T.W. Gibson, Mediapolis. His parents, two sisters and eight brothers are dead.

Services will be held at Fry's Chapel, Sunday at 2 p.m. Burial will be in Kossuth cemetery.
