Jenny Hocke

Jenny Hocke, 92, of 1030 Memorial Drive SE, Apt. 303, Cedar Rapids, died at 7:55 p.m. Friday, May 7, 1993, at the Mercy Medical Center in Cedar Rapids.

Born Jan. 16, 1901, she was the daughter of David and Rose Mehaffy. She married Lloyd Hocke, who preceded her in death.

Survivors include a daughter, Evelyn Agnew of St. Augustine, Fla.; a sister, Thyrza Atherton of Maryland; three grandchildren; four great-grandchildren, and two great-great granchildren.

Besides her husband, she was preceded in death by a son.

There is no visitation. The funeral for Mrs. Hocke will be 1:30 p.m. Monday at the Grandview Cemetery with the Rev. Darryl Erickson of the Grandvierw Community Bible Church officiating. Burial will be in the Grandview Cemetery.

The George M. Wittich-Lewis Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
