Ethel E. Marshall

Ethel E. Marshall, 91, of the Community Care Center, Mediapolis, formerly of Autumn Heights, died at 9:40 a.m. Saturday, April 1, 1995, at the center.

Born July 29, 1903, in Yarmouth, she was the daughter of George and Martha Lee Drinkall. On Sept. 5, 1923, she married Oliver Marshall in Mediapolis. He died Dec. 10, 1961.

Mrs. Marshall had been a homemaker. She was of the Methodist faith. She was a former member of the Burlington Senior Citizens and Hawkeye Natives.

Survivors include four daughters, Doris Hultgren of West Burlington, Mary Ann Green and Marjorie Bernhart, both of Burlington, and Wilma Fullhart of Wever; 13 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; 19 great-great grandchildren.

Besides her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, one sister, one great-granddaughter, and one great-great grandson.

Visitation will be after 9 a.m. Monday in Lunning Chapel, where the family will recieve friends between 7 and 8:30 p.m.

The funeral for Mrs. Marshall will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Lunning Chapel, with the Rev. Barrie Trittle officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.

A memorial has been established.
