Springhill Cemetery, Richland Twp.

Was wondering if anyone knows the whereabouts of a register of Springhill Cemetary in Richland Twp., under the town of Dundee or Forestville. My gg grandmother Sarah Briggs has her tombstone there and what records I can locate is her husband Daniel is buried there - no tombstone. But records show GAR marked on his. Was wondering if the register would show anymore info on Daniel, RE: his regiment or etc.
