On my g-grandmother's application for her marriage license (1885) she stated that her home was "Little York",Iowa which I finally located in Honey Creek Township in Delaware County. Apparently there was a bustling community there at one time that dried up when the railroad builders decided to build elsewhere.
Can anyone give me the history of this community? There apparently was a church and a school there - any idea if any records survived?
