Holmes, Theodore Lilac Obit 1900

From my grandmother’s records, I have an obituary for my 2nd great grandfather, Theodore Lilac Holmes. The problem is that there is no mention of what newspaper it is from or its publication date. I know that he moved to Delaware County by 1863 and died in Millheim on 2/16/1900 (though another obit, transcribed from the Manchester Press of 2/15/1900 suggests he died on the 14th, if that transcription is correct).

The obit I need the source for says he died “last Friday afternoon” and that he was buried “Sunday afternoon", suggesting the newspaper was published the following week; 2/16/1900 was indeed a Friday.

Could someone with access to Delaware County newspapers of that era please find the publication information on this obituary? Perhaps it’s possible to figure out why the 2 obituaries conflict but most importantly, I need the publication information on for the obit saying he died Friday (which would be the 16th of February).
