Jackie, Iowa began requiring civil vital records be recorded starting in 1880, but it was not strictly complied with 'til much later. Your best shot in that time frame would be church records. I would try for children's baptismal records, could possibly be the same church where the marriage occurred. Check with the Delaware co. gene & historical societis & libraries to see what churches were there in that time frame. Dick
