Ward Walston is still confined to his bed with a crippled knee, which is causing him intense suffering and prevents him from engaging in his work. Last November he pierced his knee with a fork tine, an inflicted a slight wound. The injury to the knee does not seem to yield to treatment and is causing much concern to his family.
