Mrs. Elwood Funk died of appendicitis last Saturday at the home of her father, C. C. Noggle who resides on the Fred Glissendorf farm five miles southwest of this city. The deceased resided at Colesburg and was visiting at her father’s home when death overtook her. Mrs. Funk was twenty-three years old and had been married but two months. The funeral was held on Monday and interment was made in the Colesburg Cemetery.
