Charles A. Libby, at one time a resident of Prairie Township, of Delaware County, died at the home of his daughter at Wolfboro, New Hampshire, May 22nd, 1917, after a long and weariness illness. Mr. Libby was seventy-seven years of age. He leaves surviving him his aged wife and daughter, and one brother, Moses Libby of Wolfboro.

Many of the older residents of Delaware County will remember Mr. Libby. Mr. Libby was a man of upright character and a leader in religious activities of the early days of Delaware County.
