After an illness of two weeks, Mrs. Charles Schanbeck died at her home in this city Tuesday morning. Her death came as a result of an operation. In the autumn of life, when days of ease and happiness seem in store for them, this great bereavement has come to the home and saddened the hearts of the husband and children. A good wife and mother is gone, but the blessing bestowed by her for her family will leave found memories that never can be forgotten. Mrs. Schanbeck was a devout member of the German Lutheran Church, and had a very large acquaintance among the members of that denominations in this locality. They will learn of her death with deepest regret. She is survived by her husband and six children - three sons and three daughters. A large circle of friends extend their sympathy to this family. The funeral will be held from the German Lutheran Church on Sunday morning at ten o’clock.
