Elmer E. Orcutt, 68, formerly of Earlville and Coggon, died Sunday, June 27, 1999, in Iowa Methodist Medical Center, Des Moines, after a sudden illness. Memorial services: 10:30 a.m. Friday, Immanuel Lutheran Church, by the Rev. Jean Rabary. Burial: Fairview Cemetery. Friends may call after 9:30 a.m. Friday at the church. Arrangements are with Clifton Funeral Home, Earlville.
