Bryce Arbegust, 48, of Redondo Beach, California, former Delaware County resident, was found dead in his home by his wife last Wednesday.

Mr. Arbegust had a heart ailment and had undergone heart surgery three years ago. Cause of death was not known. An autopsy was to be performed.

He was born July 8, 1920, a son of Loren and Mary Arbegust, on a farm about five miles northwest of Manchester. He attended Dundee Consolidated school and was a 1936 graduate of the high school. He farmed in the area, later becoming a mechanic and moving to California in 1960.

Survivors include his wife, Caroline; two children; three step - children; a brother, Donald of Hill Point, Wisconsin, and his mother, Mrs. Mary Arbegust of Manchester.

Funeral services were scheduled at 10 A.M. today [ Monday ] in the Dunaway and Fitch funeral home in Hawthorne, California. Burial will be made there.
