Donald M. Arbegust ,67, Muscoda, Wisconsin, died Thursday, March 21, 1991 at the Riverdale Manor in Muscoda.

Funeral services were held Monday, March 25, at 1:00 P.M. at the Pratt Memorial Chapel in Richland Center, Wisconsin, with Rev. Craig Peach officiating. Burial was made in the Muscoda Cemetery. Military grave side rites were conducted by the Muscoda American Legion and VFW Posts.

He was born September 12, 1923 in Manchester to Loren and Mary [Coonrod] Arbegust.

He married the former Margie Manson on January 9, 1946 in Iowa City.

He was a World War 11 veteran, serving with the 4th Marine Division in the South Pacific. He worked at the John Deere Plant in Waterloo and Cook's Feed Store, Manchester. He was also farming in the Edgewood, Dundee, Strawberry Point area. He moved to Wisconsin in 1962. He worked with farming and logging there and worked at Badger Ordinance, Baraboo, Wisconsin. In the last 15 years he worked for the State of Wisconsin as a supervisor at the Physical Plant, Madison.

He was preceded in death by his parents; an infant daughter, Mary Sue; a brother, Bryce; and a nephew. Memorials are to be made to the Cancer Association.
