At the F. T Pilkington home on Monday of last week occurred the marriage of Miss Amanda Fleming of this place to Mr. Howard Sterling. After the ceremony the contracting parties prepared to the home of Mr. and Mrs. George Fleming, where a bounteous dinner was given to a host of invited guests. The bride and groom were attended by Miss Mae Pilkington and Leonard Avery. The bride is well known in this vicinity. The groom, a total stranger, we are informed, was born in Bridgeport, Conn. He, at the present time, holds down a claim in South Dakota where he has been since November 1st, and to which he will take his young bride. We wish them well on the matrimonial voyage of life.
