Admitted to probate in Mitchell Co. Oct. 9, 1893 F. O. Bronson, Clk.

IN THE NAME OF GOD, AMEN:

I Catherine Bush, of Earville Delaware County, Iowa, being of full age, and sound mind and disposing memory do make, publish and declare, this my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former Wills by me made, in words and figures as follows, that is to say:

I give, devise and bequeath to my beloved husband, Henry Bush, all the property of whatsoever nature or kind, whether real or personal or mixed of which I may die seized or possessed, to have, hold, use and enjoy during the term of her natural life and at the death of said Henry Bush, or at my death, should I survive him, I give, devise and bequeath all of said property to my three sons, Guilford H. Bush, Charles B. Bush and Herbert S. Bush, to have and hold the same absolutely and forever, share and share alike.

I hereby appoint my husband, Henry Bush, sole executor of this Will, hereby exempting him from giving any bond, and do hereby confer upon him full power to sell and convey any or all of said property whether personal, real or mixed, and to do all other acts in relation thereto the same as I might do if living.

In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand this 10th. day of March, 1888.

The foregoing instrument was at the date thereof subscribed by Catherine Bush in our presence and she, at the same time, declared the same to be her last Will and Testament, and by her request, we signed our names thereto as witness both in her presence and in the presence of each other.

Paul, Clerk of the District Court of the State of Iowa, in and for Delware County, do hereby certify that the foregoing Will of Catherine Bush, Deceased, was on the 15th day of January, A.D. 1890, duly proved and admited to probate and Record in said Court, in accordance with law.

In testimony whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of said Court, at my office in Manchester, in said County this 15th day of January, A. D. 1890. F. H. Paul
