Boyd Infant twins

I have located a set of Boyd twins who died. It is P110 Death BK D2 1914-1921 Decatur County Courthouse Leon Ia. Can anyone tell me how to contact to get the information on these twins and is there a fee involved. Need to know if these twins parents were listed as Elmer and Anna Boyd. As they would be great uncles to me.
