I am so sorry - I sent this record to another researcher a few years ago. I wish I had scanned it 'just in case' and I'll do that with other treasures I find now.
Hoping to help you a bit, I went on FamilySearch and I believe this is the marriage listing corresponding to the certificate. I don't know whether you have access to a local Family History center, but if you do, you could request the film noted and get a copy of the register book entry at least.

Also on the Iowa genweb site is a listing of Decatur County marriages. The Gibson-Barcus marriage 1 Jul 1924 is in volume 13, p. 372, license #7472 1/2 (don't know what's with the 1/2, but that's what it says!) With such a specific citation, I'm sure the county courthouse would be able to send this to you.

Hopefully one of these methods will find the information/image for you.
