Dunkard Church in Decatur Co

Family history says that my gg grandparents, Carey and Sarah Jane Riddle Deisher, were Dunkards. I believe Dunkards were Quakers but I'm not totally sure on that. Does anyone know what church or meeting house that might have been in the 1860-70-80's? They lived around High Point/Woodland/Garden Grove area.

Also, if anyone knows, does the church still exist or have a name change? I doubt there are records around but if there might be, does anyone know where they might be.
