COLLIERFRANK, STIERWALT, CLARK

My gr grandfather David C Collier b Jan 1843 In was in Decatur Co Long Creek Iowa 1880 Census(I do not have access to original film jsut index)
He had a dau Sarah Mahala Mamie Collier b 1876 Mo supposedly married a man by last name of Frank.Lived in Iowa.
Would appreciate any help on her family.David moved to Clarke Co Iowa by 1881 where his wife Cynthia died. Who raised Mamie?

David's wife was Cynthia Stierwalt Clark.
David returned to Ind for a while and remarried left all kids but 2 in Iowa.
