Elizabeth died in 1866
Robert remarrid prior to 1870 to a Lydia Maybe "Jordan" Other Jodans listed in same family im 1870 census. Robert died prior to 1880 as Lydia is now a widow. Looks like she was living in 1895 Iowa census. Robert And family thru youngest, Louiza, are in 1856 Iowa State Census. Robert could be there in Shields Cemeyery as he still lived in Woodlan Township. Maybe one of the damaged headstones. I didn't find his marriage to Lydia in the Decatur County marriage records, or his grave in the WPA cemetery records for the surrounding countys.
