MABEL MAY BRANNEN, daughter of MR. and MRS. HENRY BRANNEN, was born April 3rd, l9l4. She died at the home of JOHN BUTLER, where they were visiting, September l8, l9l6, being 2 years, 5 months and l day old.

Little MABEL was sick only one week but her sufferings were intense. She leaves a mother, father, one brother and four sisters, besides a host of relatives to mourn her departure.

The little body was tenderly laid to rest at the Palestine Cemetery. Funeral services were conducted by Henry Esch, Pastor of the Christian Church of Leon.
