MISS LULU THOMAS was born January l7, l886, and at the age of fifteen
was converted and united with the Christian Church at Weldon and
continued in the Christian faith until death. On January 30, l906, she
was united in the holy bonds of matrimony with HENRY ROSS. She died at
her home in LeRoy Wednesday, November 20, at 4:30 a.m.
She leaves a loving husband and son, a mother, four sisters and three
brothers to mourn her early death. The funeral was preached by Elder
George Mitchell, of Weldon, at the Presbyterian Church Friday morning.
Interment in the Metier Cemetery, three miles west of LeRoy.
