SARAH A. GIBSON was born August 4, l848, near
Moscow, Iowa, died August
2, l9l5, at Eldorado Springs, Mo., having
attained the age of sixty-six
years, eleven months and twenty-eight days.

She was united in marriage to LEWIS PULLEN,
March l, l866. To this
union six children were born, four of whom
survive with the husband to
mourn her demise. They are MRS. F. WARNER
FOSTER, of Muscatine, Iowa;
MRS. E.A. BROWN, of Eldorado Springs, Mo.;
CHESTER and MATTISON, of
Leon, Iowa. Two daughters, NOLA and
JOSEPHINE, preceded their mother in
death.

One sister and three brothers also survive.

MRS. PULLEN united with the M.E. Church at
Pine Bluff in l882, and later
moved her membership to Leon, Iowa. Funeral
services were held on
Thursday, August 5th, at l0 a.m., at the Leon
Methodist Church. The
music was by members of the choir, the
service being conducted by Rev.
Guy J. Fansher, the Pastor. Interment was in
the Leon Cemetery. The
church, the home and society will greatly
miss this good woman, but the
quiet and sweet influence of her memory will
continue to be felt among
us. The bereaved have the deep sympathy of
many friends.
