The infant son of MR. and MRS. GEORGE L.
JACKSON, of Moline, Ill.,
formerly of Leon, passed away in that city
last Thursday afternoon about
5 o'clock, being but about two weeks old.
The sad news came in a
telegram received by MR. and MRS. JAS. F.
HARVEY Friday morning which
also stated that the body of the little one
was being sent here for
burial.

The many Leon friends of MR. and MRS. JACKSON
are deeply grieved and the
bereaved parents have the sincere sympathy of
all in the sad loss of
their beloved babe. A large number of Leon
friends accompanied the
little body to its resting place in the
beautiful Leon Cemetery, where
short services were conducted by Rev. Guy J.
Fansher, Pastor of the Leon
M.E. Church.
