Mrs. Helen (Crago) Good, 93, of Burlington died at 7:45 p.m. Thursday, May 9, 2013, at Burlington Care Center.

Born May 23, 1919 in Garden Grove, Iowa she was the daughter of Thomas Edward and Elizabeth Anna (Neprash) Crago. On June 22, 1947 she married Lloyd G. Good at Harrison Ave. Methodist Church in Burlington. He preceded her in death on May 19, 2012.

Mrs. Good was a 1937 Burlington High School graduate and a 1938 graduate of Burlington Business College. She was a homemaker and also worked for the City of Burlington for 20 years as a crossing guard.

Mrs. Good was a member of Asbury United Methodist Church, church circles and councils, King's Daughters and Eastern Star.

Survivors include one son, Phillip L. (Natalie) Good of Burlington; one granddaughter, Thea Rose Good of Burlington; one sister, Margaret Burgus (Bill) Bentler of Burlington and nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Lloyd Good; daughter, Dr. Mary Ann Good; and two sisters, Jeraldine Nelson and Jeanette Hertlein.

Friends may call from noon until 6 p.m. Friday, May 17th, at Lunning Chapel.

The funeral service for Mrs. Good will be 10 a.m. Saturday, May 18th, at Asbury United Methodist Church. The Rev. Jerry Rigden will officiate. There will be a time of fellowship and luncheon immediately following the funeral service at the church. Interment will be in Carman Cemetery. The family will receive friends for one hour prior to the time of service.

Memorials have been established for Asbury United Methodist Church and Great River Hospice.
