Obituary ~ Lloyd Billy Fletcher
August 05, 1912 ~ July 14, 1964

Lloyd Billy Fletcher, son of Ode and Florence Fletcher, was born August 5, 1912 in Decatur County, Iowa and died at Iowa City, Iowa, July 14, 1964. On January 2, 1937, he married Laviece Chew at Leon, Iowa. To this union were born two children: Denny Lee, who preceded his father in death March 2, 1955; and Barbara Lynn who married Troy Updike.

Other survivors are three sisters: Patty Dory; Dorothy O'Grady; Helen Musselman; brothers: Earl; John; Floyd; and Charles, his morther-in-law, Edith Chew.

[He was interred beside his son in Hopeville Cemetery.]
