Obituary ~ Grace (McNeill) Gaunt
December 06, 1856 ~ April 12, 1929

Grace McNeill, eldest daughter of S. P. and Nancy Arnold McNeill was born at Garden Grove, December 6, 1859, and died from a sudden heart affection at Berkeley, California April 12 1929. She grew to womanhood near Garden Grove and was married to Edward W. Gaunt December 22, 1892. To this union three sons were born: Joseph, Arnold and John, all of whom were present at the burial. Her ashes were intered [Garden Grove Cemetery, Garden Grove, Iowa] by the side of her husband, Wednesday, April 17, with the beautiful service of the church which she had so long and faithfully served.
