Obituary ~ Ida Lavinia (Leonard) Bartlett
February 02, 1871 ~ April 06, 1959

Ida Lavinia Leonard, daughter of Franklin Leonard and Harriet Newell Kellogg, was born February 2, 1871 in Wisconsin and died April 6, 1958 in Greenville, Clay County, Iowa. She was united in marriage to Edward Bartlett on September 13, 1891 at Lamoni, Iowa. To this union six children were born; Mary E. Gibson, Eva M. Eastin and Mabel E. Carrico, all of Garden Grove, Ralph G. of Des Moines, Harold E. of Corning, Mo. and Iola H. Lewis of Leon.

Mr. and Mrs. Bartlett moved to Garden Grove in 1902 where they remained for the remainder of there married life with the exception of the past year when, due to the ill health of both, they were cared for in the homes of their daughters. They observed their 66th wedding anniversary September 13th.

[Interment was made at Garden Grove Cemetery, Garden Grove, Iowa.]
