REBECCA WICKHAM was born in Putnam County,
Ohio in l8l8 and was married
to the REV. EZEKIAL MATHERS in l837. There
was born to them one son.
They moved to Decatur County in l847. She
was married to JOHN TRIMBLY,
Sept. 23, l869. Both husband and son are
dead. She died June 22, l895,
aged 77 years, 6 months and l0 days.

She was a member of the Christian Church from
a girl until seven years
ago when she united with the Advent Christian
Church; she leaves three
grandchildren and eight great grandchildren;
she died at the home of her
oldest granddaughter, MRS. JOHN BOYD.

"We sorrow not as those who have no hope, for
blessed are the dead who
die in the Lord." The funeral was preached
at the A.C. Church by Rev.
Williams, Monday June 24, and the remains
were laid to rest in the Leon
Cemetery.
