MRS. CATHARINE KYTE, mother of HON. F.M. KYTE
and grandmother of SENATOR
JAMES H. JAMISON of Osceola, died Friday at
the home of her daughter,
MRS. JAMISON, with whom she had lived since
l864, in Weldon, at the
advanced age of l02 years. Only one in a
hundred thousand persons live
to the age of l00 years, and of the survivors
of the war of l8l2 only l5
have reached that great age.
